The Edible Woman (based on the
Margaret Atwood novel) tells the story
of Marian, a woman who should be
perfectly content; she is newly engaged,
with a good job and good friends. Why
then is she going mad? This dark comedy
explores Marion’s confusion as she
discovers that pursuing conformity might not provide happiness.

THIGH HIGH THEATRE is a theatrical production company created by Cassidy Thomson and Lauren Holfeuer. Responsible for last season’s sell-out show Five Women Wearing the Same Dress by Alan Ball, THT`s mandate is to showcase local emerging artists through contemporary and/or devised theatre. They aim to produce work that will allow them to continue to grow as artists and that will inspire their peers and audience members.
